- Southwest e-ticket are non-refundable.
- Can be reused by contacting Southwest airlines directly.
- Need to pay the applicable tax and fare difference.
- For now, we canceled the itinerary to avoid no-show
- Please note - our service fee $25 per person, which we originally charged is non-refundable.
- Need to rebook within 12 months from the date of purchase.
