Our travel agency works on very thin margins and during Covid our revenues have dropped drastically. Since more than 2 years, we have just been processing refunds, hence our agent assisted service fees have been increased.
Refund and Processing Fee
- Our special discounted tickets are 100% non-refundable.
- If tickets are refundable, then
- You will be required to pay airline penalties & our refund processing fees.
- Agent assisted refunds for domestic travel $25 p/p, International travel $275 p/p (which includes the credit card bank charges etc).
- Agent assisted future travel adjustment with new flight bookings: new fare less original ticket value plus our processing fees $275 p/p
