Recently there has been an upsurge in schedule changes / flight cancellations from the airlines due to certain reasons which in turn effects the travel plans / connections of the the passenger.
These changes come directly from the airlines and are not in our control.
In such cases we recommend to all our customers to contact the airlines directly to find the alternate options for the schedule changes / cancellations so as to avoid any delays.
But if any customer wishes to go through us to make the changes or re-issuance of the tickets, there will be a service fee of USD 50 per person in addition to any fee charged by the airlines.
