Yes - In some cases, your will see 2 charges - 1 from Airline and other from the travel agency. But the final total always matches the original price quoted to the customer at time of booking.
You may also see multiple charges for each products, ie., Flight tickets, Travel Insurance, Hotel stay, Day trips/sight seeings. But the final total will not exceed the amount agreed by the customer.
